- All on-line orders will be processed the same or next

- We will only offer free freight for shipments within the
continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii are not included in free freight offer.
- Gunold cannot sell to anyone without a resale certificate.
This is NOT your Federal Tax ID#. A form will be provided
in your order if we do not currently have one on file.
To
ensure that you receive Free Freight, this form must be
completed and faxed to (770) 422-5638 with the words "Free
Freight" indicated clearly at the top of the form.
- Our return policy is as follows: No merchandise may
be returned without first contacting us for a Return Authorization
number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside
of the box. No merchandise will be accepted for credit after
30 days from the date of shipment. All returns are subject
to a 10% restocking fee.
- If you do not meet all of the above criteria please call

OTHER POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:
The customer/manufacturer should assure himself, by preliminary
testing and evaluation, that the dye fastness of the thread
is suitable for his/her intended uses. Gunold USA threads
are intended for use as embroidery threads only, and should
not be bleached. They are manufactured and quality controlled
to the very highest standards possible. However, since we
have no control over the customer/manufacturer's washing,
dry cleaning, or pressing of goods onto which our thread is
sewn, nor over the weather conditions to which such goods
are subjected, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional
to the value of the material onto which it is sewn, we are
not responsible for any consequential damage that could occur
to goods onto which our threads are sewn.
Our return policy is as follows: No merchandise may be returned without first contacting us for a Return Authorization

All prices are subject to change without notice. All goods
