STEP Stitch Saver

Gunold STEP looks like embroidery, but it’s not! STEP is a structured fabric that looks identical to lock-stitch embroidery. It is coated and ready for ironing and comes in a variety of popular colors.

Step saves you time and stitches. There’s no need to fill large areas with actual same-color stitches when you have STEP Stitch Saver. Use as the base fabric for appliqués, logos and emblems and save stitches, time and money on your embroidery work.

Gunold STEP Instructions For Use Recommendations:

1. Frame appliqué fabric or stick on Filmoplast

2. Trace appliqué shape

3. Remove spplique fabric with traced shape

4. Appliqué fabric with traced appliqué shape

5. Reverse side of appliqué fabric

6. GUDY STIC - double-sided adhesive, non-woven

7. Embroider appliqué fabric on to GUDY STIC

8. Cut out the embroidery

9. Appliqué with adhesive on reverse side

10. Trace appliqué shape on basic fabric

11. Remove protection foil from reverse side

12. Stick on traced appliqué

13. Sew appliqué

14. Finished embroidery

Instructions for use BSN
1. BSN on embroidery design with fixing press or ironing press

	BSN "I"	approx. 170°C	0,3 bar	approx. 5 Sec.
	BSN "H"	approx. 135°C	0,3 bar	approx. 5 Sec.
	Thermofoil BSN H can also be used with an ironing press, 10-15 sec. at light pressure (Tack on the foil only)

2. Embroidery design on garment

	Type	Ircon	Pressure	Time
	BSN "H"	approx. 135°C	kräftig	approx. 25 Sec.
	Full adhesive strength is only reached after 48 hours, do not wash before.
