Deborah Jones – Everyone reaches for their notepads when Deborah starts teaching! A true living legend in the embroidery industry! Deborah is a marketing expert, and loves to show you how to make money in embroidery. She is a long-time embroidery instructor, frequent speaker at ISS Shows, writer for Stitches Magazine, embroidery shop owner, hands-on practitioner, author of books, and more. You will love Deborah’s effervescent personality, and her joy of embroidery shows!!! Deborah always shows examples of her embroidery creations, and tells you hints and tricks as she goes. It flows with Deborah, since she is such a guru in our industry. Be sure to bring any of your botched embroidery or embroidery challenges to show Deborah -- she is always eager to help you create and execute great embroidery that you never thought possible!

Bill Garvin
- Our newest addition to the Gunold embroidery instruction team!  Bill is owner of BG Tech Services out of Florida.  He repairs all brands of machines for a living, and is perfect for teaching Gunold's embroidery machine maintences classes.  Bill is also an expert digitizer and embroiderer.  Class participants enjoy his practical teaching style and humor thrown in throughout. 

Daniel Fucci – Expert Embroidery Digitizing Instructor, Likely the best digitizing teacher alive today…and attendees of his events frequently comment on how gifted he is as a teacher. Daniel makes teaching a load of fun (you will see! ) and is great at bringing embroidery digitizing concepts to a level everyone can understand. He teaches basic through advanced embroidery digitizing. Meet Daniel…you won’t regret it, and be prepared to learn a lot from the best free digitizing software on the market. Daniel will be the primary instructor at all Gunold Learn & Touch embroidery digitizing events.

Suzan Edge – What a vibrant personality, and a “Jill of all Trades!” Like Deborah Jones, Suzan loves embroidery! Suzan is Gunold USA’s in-house expert embroidery product advisor at Learn & Touch events. She works with hundreds of small shop embroiderers as well as large corporate embroiders across the United States. Suzan is available and poised to answer user questions about almost any embroidery issue under the sun. She is a great listener, too, so bring on the questions!!

Lynne Newberry – A Software PHD by trade, Lynne is a quiet and friendly intellectual that is truly unpretentious, fun, and easy to get to know. As you might guess, Lynne is an expert embroidery digitizer, and lends a helping hand at Learn & Touch Embroidery Digitizing Workshops and Seminars. Lynne graciously assists attendees with any software questions before, during, and after any Gunold Learn & Touch Event. Lynne loves to teach digitizing, and her ultimate satisfaction is watching you learn how to digitize as the veil is lifted, and you experience your own Ahh-ha moments!

Bernadette Ford– Always positive and optimistic – with a smile all the time! Bernadette possesses over-the-top mastery in embroidery digitizing. In fact, she is a master creator of high-end digitizing training DVD’s that are among the best we have seen. Bernadette teaches specialty segments of digitizing at Learn & Touch workshops and seminars, including embroidery appliqué. Attendees love her willingness to jump in and assist attendees with the easiest to the most complex digitizing issues and questions.

Ian Perry – A quiet person and an intellectual, Ian is an embroidery practitioner and embroidery expert who has owned his own embroidery shop (like Deborah Jones). Ian knows how to help solve most embroidery shop challenges that are often encountered, and gives very practical solutions. Ian is also a master user of digitizing programs, with a technical expertise that puts him a step above. Ian teaches specialty portions of digitizing seminars, including intermediate and advanced vector topics.

Cindy Kitterman – A caring person by nature, and a near perfectionist. Cindy loves to help attendees find the best embroidery product to meet their specific embroidery challenge. That’s natural for Cindy, as she has a lifetime of customer service background and has worked with Gunold USA in that capacity for seven years. Cindy is also an administrative organizer at Learn & Touch events.
