Gunold USA, Inc. is pleased to offer the option to order supplies via a credit account.  However, before we can establish a credit account, we require all new customers to complete our credit application.  Once we receive the completed form and run it through the approval process, we will notify you of the status.  Thank you for deciding to do business with Gunold USA.

Shipping And Returns

No merchandise may be returned without first contacting us for a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. No merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment for credit. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• You must order ONLINE. If you phone in your order, free freight does not apply.
• $200.00 or more - Free Freight via. ground delivery offer is only valid for orders placed online totaling $200.00 or more, and paid with a credit card.
• $199.99 or less  - $15.00 Flat Rate to cover your ground shipping with orders of $199.99 or less before adding shipping, & paid with a credit card.
• Free Freight offer applies to orders shipping Ground ONLY.
• All online orders will be processed the same or next business day.
• We will only offer free freight for shipments within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not included in free freight offer.
• Gunold cannot sell to anyone without a resale certificate. This is NOT your Federal Tax ID#. A form will be provided in your order if we do not currently have one on file. To ensure that you receive Free Freight, this form must be completed and faxed to (770) 422-5638 with the words "Free Freight" indicated clearly at the top of the form.
• Currently, we ship orders within the contiguous United States including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Gunold USA is now offering a 10% discount off wholesale prices for NNEP members only. In order to receive these additional savings, please provide which organization you belong to and your member number in the comment line of your order. Free freight offer cannot be combined with this discount.

Other Policies And Conditions

• The customer/manufacturer should assure himself, by preliminary testing and evaluation, that the dye fastness of the embroidery thread is suitable for his/her intended uses. Gunold USA threads are intended for use as embroidery threads only, and should not be bleached. They are manufactured and quality controlled to the very highest standards possible. However, since we have no control over the customer/manufacturer's washing, dry cleaning, or pressing of goods onto which our thread is sewn, nor over the weather conditions to which such goods are subjected, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material onto which it is sewn, we are not responsible for any consequential damage that could occur to goods onto which our threads are sewn.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All goods will be invoiced at prices on date of shipment.
• The current UPS C.O.D. fee is $10.00 per package and is subject to change based on UPS's policies.
• We reserve title to the goods delivered pending payment in full.
