Customer Service Representative
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Kennesaw, GA. This position is responsible for assisting the District Sales Managers in achieving their goals and providing excellent customer service to all external and internal customers. The role requires managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service practices. This role involves providing support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Duties:
- Provide exemplary customer service and software support to all customers
- Accurately process sales orders via data entry
- Ability to analyze and correct issues that may arise
- Maintain positive and professional communication with all coworkers and customers
- Assist assigned District Sales Manager with achieving sales and company goals
- Demonstrate entry level of embroidery product knowledge or possess the aptitude to learn products, to assist customers with minimal supervision
- Assist with other departments as needed, i.e., accounting, warehouse, trade shows, training classes
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Service Experience skills
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in customer support role
- Experience with machine embroidery preferred
- Experience within the decorated apparel industry a plus
- Experience with Southware ERP system a plus
