Our U.S. Headquarters location houses our primary warehouse just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.  We offer same day shipping, if at all possible....we really try our best!  For internet orders under $150, there is a $15 flat shipping fee.  We are fully committed to getting our customers their embroidery supplies as quickly as possible with no additional costs.

Additionally, if you are in the Atlanta area, we offer a pick-up option in which you can arrange to pick up your order directly at our warehouse. Pick-up hours are 9 am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Yorba Linda, CA

Our West Coast warehouse is conveniently located in Yorba Linda, California in Orange County. Depending on your preference, orders can be arranged for pick up or delivery. We offer same day shipping, if at all possible....we really try our best!  To arrange a pick up, please call our warehouse at 800-432-3781. Our pick-up hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. 

With the Yorba Linda warehouse, our customers on the West Coast have access to faster ground shipping. Also, with free ground shipping on orders over $150, getting your order fast without having to pay shipping costs is great option for our West Coast customers. Flat $15 shipping for orders under $150.

Gunold West Coast Warehouse

Windsor Locks, CT

Our newest warehouse location in Windsor Locks, Connecticut expands our one-day UPS ground shipping reach from Delaware to Central Maine.  We offer same day shipping, if at all possible....we really try our best!  In coordination with our warehouse in Atlanta, Gunold now provides one or two-day ground shipping to the entire eastern United States. Combined with our free ground shipping on orders of $150 or more, our East Coast customers are ensured fast, free shipping on their embroidery supplies.  Note: shipping is a flat $15 for orders under $150. Our pick-up hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4 pm.
