  • We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • With our three different warehouse locations (GA, CA and CT), many of our customers are able to receive one or two-day shipping for free.

    Our U.S. Headquarters location houses our primary warehouse just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We offer same-day shipping if possible—we really try our best! We fully commit to getting our customers their embroidery supplies quickly.

    Additionally, if you are in the Atlanta area, we offer a pick-up option. You can arrange to pick up your order directly at our warehouse. Pick-up hours are 9 am—4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

    Our West Coast warehouse is conveniently located in Yorba Linda, California, in Orange County. Depending on your preference, orders can be arranged for pick up or delivery. We offer same-day shipping if at all possible—we really try our best!     Our newest warehouse location in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, expands our one-day UPS ground shipping reach from Delaware to Central Maine. We offer same-day shipping if at all possible—we really try our best! In coordination with our warehouse in Atlanta, Gunold now provides one—or two-day ground shipping to the entire eastern United States. Our pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am—4 pm.
