Creating Patches That Last
Using quality products while making patches is essential to long lasting, durable patches. Whether making multiple or just one personalized patch, we will show you the way to create patches your customers will love and proudly display.
Fabrics
1. Twilly™(Also known as tackle-twill)
2. Canvay™(Also known as canvas)
Great for dye sublimation and embroidery of custom made patches.
3. Stitch Saver™(Also known as Step™)
Great for dye sublimation and embroidery of custom made patches.
4. Felty™(Also known as Felt)
Backing
Note to Self: You need at least two of the following - 1. Is Ultra-Solvy™ to create the patch and either BSN™ or Thermofix™ to adhere the patch to the garment.
5. Ultra Solvy™
Hoop Ultra Solvy™ and embroider the patch edges (outline) without any chance of backing showing. Remove any extra Ultra Solvy™ from the back of a finished patch and you are ready to adhere the patch to your product.
